We will issue a credit, exchange or cash refund up to 30 days after purchase, excluding shipping. All items returned must be in the same like condition as received with all appropriate packaging.
In the case of bagged pet foods or nutritional supplements, we regret that we are unable to accept returns of opened bags or containers. In addition, items that have tamper-proof seals cannot be returned for credit once the seal is broken.
If you wish to return an item, simply call 800-797-0592 for a return authorization number. Unfortunately, unless you receive an item in error, which is our fault, we are unable to reimburse your shipping costs.
However, we will gladly reimburse you the cost of the item minus a 25% restocking fee.
If a product is returned to us with no return authorization, we are sorry to say that we cannot honor the return or credit your account.
