WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We understand that when you place an order, you want to receive it as quickly as possible. We are committed to that end, also. However, bear in mind, that we do not stockpile any of our products. The manufacturing of our products occurs on a weekly, if not daily, basis. When you order a product from us, rest assured that it is as fresh as possible.

All orders received by 11 A.M EST, are processed the day of receipt. Orders received after 11 A.M, are processed the following day, although if time permits, they too will be processed earlier. Once processed, your order will usually ship within 24-48 hours, if not sooner.

We ship daily by UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or U.S. Postal Service. We do offer Second Day Air and Next Day Air Service at an additional charge, which is added on to the basic ground rate.
